OUR REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY
J.1: If you are asking for a refund because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see Clause F in terms & Conditions) either by email or in writing, We will arrange for collection of the goods or you can arrange for the safe return of the item. If we arrange for the collection a charge of £0 - £99 can be made for the collection fee. On receipt of the goods in agreed condition, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In this case, we will refund the price of the Goods in full, including the cost of delivery to you (if any).
J.2: For any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us in accordance with paragraph 20 that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that an item is defective pursuant to clauses M of terms & conditions), we will collect the item free of charge at an agreed time, examine it on its return and notify you of your refund via e-mail or telephone within a reasonable period of time. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of any delivery charges for sending the item to you and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Goods.
J.3: We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
K. Unwanted goods/wrongly ordered:
K.1: Goods will be collected at a charge of £49.00 per item (or other agreed arrangement). Goods must be returned in the original packaging they arrived in.
K.2: Please note that unwanted mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. We reserve the right to send any returned mattresses back again if we believe they have been opened and/or used.
K.3: Any mattresses received that are vacuum packed (rolled up), please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Opened vacuum packed mattress will not be returned regardless of whether the correct model has or hasn't been delivered.
K.4: Damaged or Faulty goods:
K.4.1: Damages must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods. In all cases goods can only be uplifted when packaged up in the same way in which they were delivered. Goods signed for "good condition" at the door will not be collected.
