All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day any orders placed outside these times will be shipped the next working day excluding bank holidays and public holidays subject to stock availability. Although 1st Class Delivery can take between 1 - 3 working days from the dispatch date, it's been our experience that the majority of packages arrive just a day or two after this estimated delivery period. We provide free shipping on all orders within the UK by Royal Mail 1st class delivery. International customers must be fully aware of their country customs policies when making purchases from overseas. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Please Note Maniland Europe Delivery timescale is normally 5-10 working days however sometimes it could take longer than usual. So we request you to please wait at least 14 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us. Worldwide delivery timescale is normally 10-14 working days. Please note if you are paying by e-cheque using Paypal, your order cannot be process until the payment gets cleared through Paypal.

Please contact us via ebays messaging system to let us know what the problem is and we will provide you with the address to return the item for either a full refund or exchange, Please note emails will be answered between 9am and 6pm Monday - Friday, emails will not been replied to on weekends and public holidays. Please note when returning a item please provide your user id and a brief note explaining the reason for return. If this is not provided there could be a delay with your refund or exchange.
