Postage & Postage Charges

Shipping charges quoted for the UK are for 95% of mainland deliveries, there may be an additional charge to off shore Isles, The highlands and Northern Ireland. So please check before you buy.

I will Ship items overseas, this will be only by a courier service as there are far to many scammers about, please ask for a quote, quoting the country you wish the parts to be sent to, I will also need full contact details and phone numbers.

My Postage charges Include, Materials used and usually a 48Hr FEDEX Courier service with tracking and Insurance, smaller low value item may be send by royal mail.

I aim to post all my parts out within 3 days and delivery should be within 7 working days, 95% of my parts will be sent by courier and will require a signature.

Returns

All my items are fully tested before dispatch unless stated in the auction, however in the unlikely event you receive a faulty part please report it to me and return it within 7 working days from delivery.

Returns will only be accepted if the parts are returned in the condition supplied and packaged, Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and returns should be sent by a tracked courier service.

Correctly supplied unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days and will be refunded less 25% of the sale value as a handling and restocking fee and original postage will NOT be refunded

Faulty goods will be tested and if found to be faulty then a full refund will be issued. If no fault is found then a refund will be issued less 40% of the final sale value.

If the part has been damaged or broken by incorrect fitment or usage then no refund will be issued.

If parts have been disassembled or tampered with then no return will be accepted and thus no refund given.

Please note, All CR M-Tech Supplied parts will carry Hidden Security marking, if this marking is not present on the returned part then no refund will be issued and legal action maybe taken.

Fitting

Please note and be aware that some parts may require special tools to fit them, or are to be fitted by qualified personnel only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the parts are correctly fitted and are safe to use.

Wheels and tyres should only be fitted by a recognised tyre depot or garage, where the fitment of the wheels must be checked to the vehicle they are to be used on. I will take no responsibility in any damage that occurred by incorrectly fitted or incorrect fitment wheels and tyre sizes.
