Payment

After winning an auction or Buy It Now purchase you must complete payment. We take non-paying bidders very seriously and reserve the right to report any non-payment or fraud to collection services and credit reporting agencies.

Our preferred method of payment is Credit or Debit Card payment via our secure sales line number: 024 76 613389. All transactions will be subject to fraud checking and delivery will only be made to the registered card holder’s address. Delivery to an alternative address will be available at our discretion. Other acceptable forms of payment are Paypal, Bank Transfer, Postal Orders and Cheques to our Business address. Cheques are subject to a waiting period of 5 working days before goods are dispatched.

Any part(s) correctly supplied by us and returned to us within 14 days is subject to a 20% handling charge at the managers discretion.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will also refund the postage costs.
