BMW M5 TOURING E34 1995 ELEKTA LOW MILEAGE VERY RARE

For Sale my 1995 BMW M5 Touring ELEKTA Limited Edition number 17/20. The ELEKTA is one of the rarest of all M5 variants with a special run of 20 cars being ordered by some Italian dealers at the very end of the E34 production run. They ordered 10 cars in Sterling Silver with Marine Blue hide and 10 cars in BRG with Hazelnut hide and Mexico green carpets, these were then numbered 1 to 20 with a unique (hallmarked) solid silver gear knob insert.

This car has led a very pampered life belonging from day one to an Italian BMW collector who used her sparingly it then past to its second owner another BMW Italian collector, who again used her occasionally, she was then consigned to his collection for a number of years until a chap called Hans Leenen bought her and had her transported to his home in Amsterdam, there she sat in a heated workshop for another 18 months Hans never drove this car or registered her in Holland, thus my purchase involved importing the car from Italy effectively. This low usage has resulted in the car only covering 118,000kms or about 73,000 miles and in such rust free original condition. The car is now fully UK imported and on the number plate E13 KTA, which I will consider including with this sale. MOT is until Dec 22nd and tax is until August.

Once I acquired the car last year I set about the re-commissioning and she was sent to Darjac Engineering where she had a thorough inspection 2 service and a comprehensive list of work carried out, this included, timing chain tensioner upgrade,  4 wheel alignment, new water hoses and suspension bushed etc where required. Darren Farrell states that this is the best E34 Touring he has ever seen!

The car has a good option list with Electric Memory seats, Climate control, panoramic sun roof, full buffalo hide interior including dash, centre console and doors etc. Self leveling rear suspension, EDC Nurburgring suspension package, privacy glass, OBC, Electric heated  M Sports mirrors, Electric windows, brand new BMW Business CD/Radio, BMW Premium sound system with speakers in the roof, and Anthracite headlining.

I have also had the lighting upgraded with full HID xenon headlamp conversion to dip beam and fog lights. There is a very comprehensive history file dating right back to 1995 (including Italian speeding tickets!!)and all the service books and wallet, full set of spare keys and even the glove box torch!
