At the moment we can only accept paypal and bank transfer from overseas customers.

Your payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. Where paying by cheque please note that item will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Please note that the pending e-cheques through Paypal take around 10 days to clear.

Please be aware items unpaid after 7 days of purchase may result in unpaid item dispute.

Our standard service is Royal Mail 1st class recorded (UK), and international sign-for ( for EU and other International countries, trackable). If you require any special postal arrangement such as special delivery , please email us at chic2chicuk8@googlemail.com.

We offer combined postage upto 2kg per pack.

RETURN AND REFUND  

All items are professionally checked and packaged before dispatch. In the unlikely events that items arrive faulty please kindly notify us within 7 days of receipt and accept our sincere apologies. A full refund or replacement item will be issued immediately on return of faulty goods.

All exchange and non-faulty refund attract a £2.00 handling fee per item. Postage paid is non-refundable. In the case of exchange buyer is responsible for new postage.

Return item must reach us within 7 days of receipt (along with a note stating the item number, buyer's ebay ID and reason for return), after which no exchange or refund will be processed.  Please note that item is your responsibility until it returns and we strongly recommend return using recorded delivery.

We do not offer return-refund for non-faulty auction items from international customers at the moment.
