Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them with original labels attached, in unused condition, unworn other than trying on, not smelling of smoke and in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. As risk of loss or damage to the parcel is the customer’s responsibility until received back with Rainbow Rebel, we advise that the package is posted using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for goods under £45. Rainbow Rebel does not accept liability for parcels lost in transit back to us. Please return items to address on paypal packing slip / or eBay invoice. Once the items are received with us, the value of the goods will be refunded within 30 days via Paypal. For reasons of Hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for Earrings. We are unable to make exchanges, but we will refund the full price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition. The delivery charge is non-refundable.
