Item Condition: The majority of our stock is sourced from Argos, Homebase, Littlewoods and other large catalogue and high street retailers. All stock is graded as outlined below.
“UNTESTED RETURNS" – This stock comprises of mixed products that are deemed unfit for resale. These will include:
1. Mostly returns from customers as “faulty” although no testing has taken place. This product may be missing some accessories. Model changes could have occurred which may mean you receive a similar or same specification item. Packaging may be missing.
2. Returns from customers under the ARGOS 30 day money back guarantee policy that are technically OK but the packaging is damaged.
3. Products damaged in the ARGOS distribution or store processes. Products which cannot be resold following return either because they are personal care items such as shavers or digital storage devices. e.g. Digital cameras or MP3 players
All ‘Untested Returns’ sold by us on ebay are sold on the condition that the merchandise will either be repaired, reworked or recycled by the purchaser to allow future resale to an end user, or alternatively will be resold as second hand in the same condition that it is purchased from us. This product is sold on the understanding that it will not be resold as ‘new’ and that any electrical products will be tested by a qualified electrician before resale.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty or representation of any kind, either express or implied, as to the quality, condition or fitness for purpose of the merchandise, nor is any warranty or representation to be taken to have been given or implied from anything said or written in negotiations with us or our representatives prior to purchase.
By purchasing ‘untested returns’ through this listing you undertake to ensure that either you, or anybody subsequently purchasing some or all of this product from you with the intention of selling these products on to members of the public, fully comply with all current and future Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations & General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), and that upon purchase of the merchandise from us you will indemnify us from all obligations with regards to final disposal or resale of the merchandise in line with both WEEE & GPSR regulations and any other such regulations that come into force as part of UK or EU law.
"A grade” - Brand new unused stock: End of Line, Warehouse Clearance, Bankrupt Stock, etc. NOT previously sold.
"A-" – Graded catalogue returns and ex display in virtually "As New" condition and complete with all accessories. May have slight cosmetic transit damage such as scratched paint or other minor blemishes.
"B+" – Graded catalogue returns with minimal signs of use. Complete with all accessories (may not have instruction books).
"B-" Graded catalogue returns, missing some accessories but working. More visible signs of use.
Please note that in some instances a small percentage of packaging may show some signs of transit with the occasional
box having been opened for inspection and/or photographing
by ourselves. You are buying at a substantial discount compared to recommended retail price (RRP) so please accept any packaging damage.
We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card via Paypal, Postal Orders, Personal Cheques, Bank Transfer or Cash on collection. Please allow an extra 6 working days for processing of Personal Cheques.
Postage and Packing:
CHARGES: Postage and Packing are charged at cost price and include fees associated with wrapping and dispatching your item. We do not aim to profit from Postage and Packing charges. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the Postage and Packing prices quoted.
DELIVERY ADDRESS: Sorry but we are unable to deliver to business or Post Office Box addresses. All items are dispatched to your eBay registered address.
P&P DISCOUNT: We offer a 50% postage and packing discount on all additional combined purchases made within a 7 day period. When you have finished purchasing please request an invoice total.

Dispatched via DHL signed for tracked courier service within 3 working days (total delivery time estimated 4-7 working days). Please note we have 2 collections per week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
*COURIER ABORTED DELIVERY SURCHARGE: If you are unavailable to take delivery of your package our courier will leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery. Up to 2 re-delivery attempts can be arranged within a 7 day period from the original failed delivery attempt. After 7 days or 3 failed delivery attempts your package will be returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned to our warehouse you will incur a £7.50 GBP aborted delivery charge, and will be required to pay for re-delivery at the standard rate.
*COURIER POSTCODE SURCHARGES: There is an additional surcharge of £5.50 GBP for postage and packing to Scottish Highlands or UK Islands (not Channel Isles), postcodes beginning FK18-19, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH17-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25 & ZE.
It is the buyers responsibility to obtain insurance if required.
We cannot be held responsible for items that may get damaged
All items are individually inspected prior to dispatch. We will replace any goods significantly not as described free of charge.
A full description of any defect must be supplied. Images may
also be requested of said defect. You should email us within 48 hours of receipt of the item explaining the fault and return the item within 14 days for a replacement. The cost of return
postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items may be
returned by the customer themselves to our warehouse at
no extra cost. Items must be returned in the original packaging
in the condition that they were delivered.
Our system will automatically leave reciprocal positive feedback upon receipt of your positive feedback. Your positive feedback is our way of knowing that you have received your item and are pleased with the overall transaction. We do our very best to provide our customers with a good standard of service, although we do sometimes make mistakes. We are proud of our feedback record and would like to encourage you to contact us if you have any problems so we may resolve them.
