Please read all description details, payment, dispatch & terms & conditions of sale carefully before committing to buy! To leave negative feedback or low star ratings is rather unfair and can have a detrimental effect on my small business when I have made every effort to describe and inform you of all details of your intended purchase! I have many happy customers but if you have any queries or questions, please contact me, as I’m always happy to help :)
What Payments are accepted?
I accept PayPal or Postal Orders.
Please do not commit to buy if you don’t intend paying for the item!
Combined postage? I offer UK POSTAGE DISCOUNT on combined items!!
If you wish to buy more than one survival kit and would like combined UK P&P (where postage cost apply, not on free post items)
PLEASE ‘REQUEST THE TOTAL FROM SELLER’or contact me for price BEFORE making any payment! You will need to be sent a revised invoice!
eBay’s payment system will not automatically calculate different combined postage offers and you will pay more than is necessary!
If combined is not requested then your items will be sent separately as per your payment. I regret I cannot combine items after payment has been made unless you are happy to pay the addition costs incurred
How long does it take to make a survival kit (the dispatch time)?
As I make/assemble and package all kits please appreciate the dispatch required to fulfil all orders received daily
When ordering your gift(s), please allow plenty of time for it to arrive!
The ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME is at top of the listing page. This indicates my dispatch time and Royal Mails Delivery Time combined. When you pay/checkout you are also notified of your estimated delivery date.
Orders/personalisation details are only received and confirmed during business hours Mon- Fri 9am-5pm
(exc. Sat & Sun and Bank Holidays).
What are the Post and Packaging costs?
You will only pay for the protective packaging and Royal Mails Delivery cost.
If you think the P&P is too expensive then please kindly refrain from making any purchase, as to leave low star rating when you know the cost prior to purchase is rather unfair!
Should you prefer a cheaper rate then please request 2nd class postage before making payment
Should you require Recorded Delivery/Next Day /Tracking please contact me before making payment.
How long will it take Royal Mail to deliver?
In addition to my dispatch time, Royal Mail quote 1-2 days for first class post or 2-3 days for second class
Please Appreciate: I have NO control over delivery times and cannot guarantee Royal Mails delivery times I’m afraid I only make and dispatch the items, I do not deliver them.
What should I do if my item is late or lost?
As you’ll appreciate I have no control over items when they leave me and therefore I can only apologise should your parcel be delayed due to Royal Mail.
Please would you kindly check with your local sorting office to see if it was undelivered and waiting for you (undelivered cards are not always issued).
ITEMS ARE ONLY DECLARED LOST BY ROYAL MAIL AFTER 15 DAYS FROM DATE OF DISPATCH, THEREFORE PLEASE APPRECIATE I AM UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT LOST PARCELS UNTIL THIS TIME HAS LAPSED
However so that I am kept informed, please contact me within 5 -7days of its expected arrival date, and I shall do all I can to help. Please Do Not leave me a Negative Or Neutral Feedback in the unlikely event of this happening as I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail negligence! Please contact me and I shall do all I can to help :)
Refunds & Exchange
Customer Satisfaction is very important to me, so if you have any problems what so ever please contact me before leaving feedback, allowing me the opportunity to make every effort to resolve any issues.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase I will, once again, make every effort to resolve any concerns.
However, if this is not possible then simply return the item within 7 days of purchase in its original unopened
saleable condition and a refund will be issued for the item only, not postage.
Please note: I DO NOT accept any returns of personalised items as these are bespoke and cannot be sold to
a third party unless the item is faulty
