Please allow 5 working days for the clearance of payments by cheque before your order is despatched.
We aim to deliver goods within 3 working days using our nominated courier. However, we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Delivery is made via our couriers between the hours of 8.30AM and 7.00PM, Monday to Friday.
Due to Paypal payment policies, we can only deliver to the registered Paypal account holders address or to a registered place of work for the Paypal account holder.
We cannot deliver to any other address to the above mentioned as we treat Paypal security very seriously and these restrictions are in place to protect ourselves and moreover our customers from potentially fraudulent transactions.
The majority goods must be signed for at the delivery address provided.
* 7 Day Cooling Off Period (Distance Selling Act 2000)
This regulation gives you the right to cancel your order for any reason within a cooling off period of 7 working days after you have received your goods. To cancel you need contact us within the cooling off period. The cooling off period allows you to examine the goods as you would be able to in a retail store. It does not however give you the right to try out the goods. The goods need to be returned in their original condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 5 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Once we establish the returned goods are in re-saleable condition,we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the goods (excluding our shipping costs). If the returned goods are not in re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the goods back to you.
* Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us within 3 working days and describe the damage so that we can take appropriate action. Please take notice of any damage to the shipping materials. We may ask you to e-mail us a digital picture of the damaged goods or send the product back to us for inspection (within 7 working days). We will either replace the product or we will refund your payment in full (incl. shipping costs). If the product is faulty and we asked you to send the product back for inspection, your shipping costs will be refunded too. If no fault is found, the goods can be returned at your expense or a refund given less postage and packaging and a 5% admin fee.
As we are Internet Retailers, we find that operating our online store reduces our costs considerably and we can pass the savings on to our customers. With this in mind we communicate mainly via email.
We endeavour to keep our reponse times to a minimum as we aim to reply to all email queries within 4 hours during working hours (Monday to Friday).
