All payments must be recived within 5 days of purchase date. If this is a problem you must email us before hand to confirm payment at a later date.

We accept PayPal which is our preffered payment method, however other methods are available.

For all purchases of bikes and large/heavy items (i.e. work stands, 4 x tyres etc ) a contact telephone number must either be left in the notes section of the checkout, or emailed to us.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We deliver to the address on your PayPal account so please ensure this is correct at time of purchase. If your require delivery to an alternative address please email us before you purchase the item.

Postage stated is to UK Mainland Only. Postage to a non UK Mainland address (i.e. Highlands, Scotland, Ireland etc) will cost more. Please contact us for prices.

All items are sent out via Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or via a signed courier. Postage usually takes 1-3 days.

International postage is sent out via Royal Mail AirMail. Postage costs are clearly marked within the item listing.

GENERAL TERMS & CONS

Special Offers are while stocks last only - BMX and Kids bikes will recieve a free set of lights. Adult bikes can opt for either a set of lights or mudguards and must choose at checkout for the transaction.

All items are sent within at least 2 working days of purchase date. Orders purchased before 2.30pm can be dispatched the same day.

You must leave a contact number at checkout for all purchases of bikes.

Please note the prices you find online are not available in our shops and vice versa.

Please note postage prices shown are to UK MAINLAND addresses only. Postage cost to Non-UK Mainland address will be more.

Bikes are sent out BRAND NEW + boxed, unless stated other wise. We recommend getting your new bike serviced by a professional

In the unlikely event in which you need to return an item there is no need to contact us before hand. However, you must leave a note in the package with the following information:

  • item number
  • your name
  • your address
  • your paypal email address (for refunds if applicable)
  • reason for return
  • whether you require refund/replacement or altnernative

If we dont have this information we wont know whos item has come back and wont be able to replace/refund.

Once you have the information along with the original item and the original packaging you can return the item to:
