We opted for an "A" condition phone and it arrived quickly looking perfect with no marks and new charging cable and ear buds. It works perfectly. In addition, with Apple offering a replacement battery for £25 up until December 2018, we booked it in to the Apple Store to ensure it had a brand new battery and found that this phone was still covered by Applecare. So it didn't cost us anything for the new battery. Great deal and perfect phone.

A nice compact phone which not very easy to set up. Why can't manufacturers send a manual with their products instead of putting the instructions inside the appliance. I recently bought a tv which had all the set up instructions embedded within the tv, so how can you possibly set things up when you can't see them.

I’ve had 2 iPhones from eBay both were amazing. This 6s arrived in absolutely perfect condition. I had ordered ‘excellent condition’ and it was. Functions like a new phone except I would say battery life isn’t quite as long. I would certainly recommend these iPhones outstanding value for money. Doesn’t come in an original box but who cares?
