We bought this set to replace the last BT set we had. This one is just 'okay'. I say that because the sound quality is poor and sounds like old fashioned 'Long distance' and the instructions are less than clear. But hey, for the price, I can live with it. I makes and receives calls and thats what I wanted. Just expected a bit more from BT.

Not that happy with these phones, sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't, when they DO work, they are really good. The answering machine has never worked. We thought at first, it was our line, but we have had line tested, fine. No....not the best thing we have bought, sorry.
