Product Description

The BT Studio 4100 is a compact cordless phone that is great for in the home or in the workplace. It is a cordless phone that is ideal for anyone looking for a good looking model that does the job and is also cost effective as well.

Built into the BT Studio 4100 cordless telephone is a 50 entry name and number directory. This is handy for storing telephone numbers of contacts as well as friends and family.

Other facilities on the BT Studio 4100 include BT Caller display compatibility as well as earpiece volume control. The BT Studio 4100 handsets even have the ability to answer automatically when lifted out of the base.

Another facility of the BT Studio 4100 is a built in clock and alarm facility which is great for setting reminders. The buttons on the Studio 4100 handset are not too small and the silver finish is very pleasing to the eye as well.

Other features include 40 numbers call list, 10 number redial list, call transfer, internal calls, conference call, music on hold, ringer volume controls, visual ring indicator, secrecy feature, handset naming, keypad lock, volume controls, call timer, low battery indicator and out of range indicator.

Refurbished to Highest standard ( Grade A). These items are almost in "As New" conditions virtually scratch free and come in the original box unless otherwise stated. 

What is Refurbished ? Refurbished items are the products that have been retuned to the shops under the warranty agreement. These items might have been used and may have slight cosmetic imperfections. These products are tested in our workshop by specialist telecom engineers for functionality and refurbished to meet high standards. Parts of the items replaced where necessary, the data removed and is repackaged before offered for re-sale. The end products, in our opinion, offer excellent value for money for the users.

Undelivered Items

If a delivery is returned to us because the customer was unable to take delivery, we reserve the right to charge £3.00 delivery charge.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, Postal Orders, Money Orders, Personal Cheques (Personal cheques may take up to 10 days to clear before shipping). You can also Pay by credit or debit card using Paypal. We do not accept credit/debit card payment via telephone.
Payment must be made within 4 working days from the purchase. Please complete the Checkout for your purchase .

Unpaid item dispute will be filed in ebay after 4 days of sales to recover our ebay fees , if we do not receive the payment within that period.

FEEDBACK
Once you have received your item please leave feedback of the product & the service and we will  leave feedback for you. If there is problems with your purchase please get in touch before leaving feedback - we can always provide a solution.

RETURNS

Exchange Policy

1. We will refund/exchange any purchase for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Products must reach us in it's original condition with all packaging. (your cost of the returned postage will be not refunded unless the item you receive will be dead on arrival)

3. There is a £3.00 P & P charge for the redelivery of any exchange. This must be paid online .

4. Your refund /exchange will be processed within 4 working days of receipt of the goods. 

 Faulty Returns.

All the items will be tested prior to dispatch. In an unlikely event if the item will be dead on arrival,

1. Please contact us through ebay messaging to get the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) .

2. Return the item to us quoting your RMA by royal mail recorded post and keep the Recorded Reference.

3. Once we receive the returned item we will retest it and refund or replace as per your preference. Please note your cost of the returning item will only be refunded if the item found to be faulty on retest.
 

WARRANTY

All the Buy It Now sales will be covered by our 12 months return to base warranty. (Please note that this is not the Manufacturer's warranty)

All the auction style sales covered by 90 days return to base warranty.

Within the warranty period  we will repair or replace items for free of charge. The item needs to be sent back to us at your own cost. Please note that this warranty is not valid without the proof of the purchase.
