TRANSPARENT POSTAGE
Under eBay rules, sellers must offer free postage on books. Since the price of stamps cannot be magicked away, eBay's seller-help people have told us to include this in the price of each book. The price of each of book, therefore, includes £2.50 to cover domestic postage. BUT: We never charge more than £5 for posting any number of books in one parcel. We will give you back £2.50 for your 3rd book and each of all subsequent books in the same order, or orders combined into one parcel.
Please read these details...
UK MAINLAND POSTAGE costs £2.50 per book, up to a maximum of £5.00. We will send an unlimited number of books for £5, provided you order them all at one go. We will combine separate orders, but you must contact us immediately to arrange this. If we have already dispatched one of your orders by the time you contact us, unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it.
£2.50 is included in the price of each book to cover postage. If you buy more than two books at the same time, we will refund you £2.50 on the 3rd book, plus £2.50 on each subsequent book: buy 6 books and we will give you £10 back, buy 12 books, and we will give you £25 back, for example. Refunds will be made only to the PayPal account or card number by which you paid.
Parcels of up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail, and will normally be delivered by the postman, 3 - 5 days after despatch. Parcels over 2kg are sent Parcel Force 48hrs, require a signature and arrive in 2 - 5 days, including weekends.
SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS and NORTHERN IRELAND, SCILLY and THE ISLE OF MAN: Parcels over 2kg arrive by Parcel Force 48hrs. For these areas, Parcel Force unreasonably imposes a surcharge. Because of this, we have to charge £12.50 for an unlimited number of books (still a bargain, then). For parcels over 2kg, therefore, we will refund you £2.50 on your 6th and subsequent books (in the same order, or set of combined orders).
Obviously, if you order a number of small books, making a parcel of less than 2kg, we will refund you £2.50 on your 3rd and subsequent books, as normal.
The Parcel Force surcharge applies to these postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA17-26, PH30, PH49-50, ZE, BT, TR21-25, IM.
OVERSEAS POSTAGE is charged by weight, at cost and is generally sent by Airmail. The postage quoted on this listing has been reduced by £2.50 to account for the £2.50 already included in the price of the book.
Please allow at least 14 days before contacting us to chase up your order.
