If you purchase one of our holidays, you will be one of the first to hire our new holiday home. It is a 3 bedroomed model sleeping 6. It is luxuriously fitted out with everything you would expect of a high end model a real home from home. If you were to hire this holiday home through Butlins, it would cost you over a £1000 per week ! Situated on the Sandhills section of the Holiday Village, you will enjoy the veranda which is south facing for sun all day. To the rear of the van is an open grassy area not overlooked upon by other caravans which gives you and your children space to relax and enjoy your holiday.. A lovey plot located in a "cul de sac" no busy through routes with cars passing all day and night, which is much safer for smaller children. We have worked hard to provide the best for your holiday, as we want your business,and your friends to book with us too - word of mouth is priceless ! PAYMENT A 20% deposit is required upon booking, which is non-refundable. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date, we will re-let the caravan. Payment details supplied upon request. SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS If a booking is made within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, full payments is required UPON BOOKING. CANCELLATIONS The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received less than 28 days will be liable to pay 80% of the holiday cost. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the holiday start date. In the case of extreme weather conditions, we are not liable to offer any refunds. We would recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any potential loss. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES The caravan will be available from 3:30pm on the day of arrival on presentation of your booking confirmation at the reception you will be handed the keys to your holiday home. The caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.(Loss/Non return of keys will result in a charge of £5 per key lost being deducted from your bond) SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED. If smoking outside please do not stub cigarettes out on the veranda - it's plastic and will mark, please dispose of any cigarette ends and do not leave them on the ground outside the caravan. Evidence of smoking in the van or damage to the veranda WILL result in you losing your security bond. Should butts be found outside the caravan our cleaner will inform us and you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of £25 for removing them, this will be deducted from your bond. PETS NO PETS ALLOWED BEDDING Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds; however you are required to supply your own bed linen. Towels/tea towels are not provided. SERVICES Gas and electricity is included in the booking price. PERSONS PERMITTED TO USE THE HOME Only the persons named on the booking form can occupy the caravan. We are not able to accept bookings from single sex parties or the MAIN GUEST being under 25 years of age. INSURANCE We cannot accept liability for personal injury or the loss or damage of your personal belongings, this should be covered by your own holiday insurance. SECURITY BOND We do ask for a £100 security bond. If the caravan is left clean and tidy and without damage we will refund you within 7 days. The lead guest is responsible for all other guests and only those named on the booking form will be able to stay in holiday home. We want you to have a fantastic holiday and all we ask is you leave the holiday home in the condition you found it. We are onsite mainly during the main season and you should contact us with any issues asap. We will inspect your caravan after departure and refund your bond if no damage is found within 7 days. |
