Return policy details
We offer you a very simple no-quibble returns/exchange policy in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to receive a refund or exchange, please return the item in its original condition - unworn, tags attached and folded carefully inside the wrapping and packaging it arrived in.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item within 10 days of receipt enclosing details of your name, order number and reason for return. Please note that returning any item without your order details may delay the processing of your refund/exchange. Customers should note that we will not be able to refund or exchange if the return is received after 10 days of receipt of your order.
In the case of exchanges, you may want to contact us and let us know which item you wish to exchange for. We may be able to reserve it for you to ensure it does not get sold while your parcel is on it's way back to us.
We will refund you any money you have paid for your purchase (excluding postage) to your original payment method within 30 days of its receipt back by us, to the debit/credit card or other payment method originally used for your purchase.
Please note that postage and packaging are direct costs, and therefore are not refundable. In the event your order qualifies for 'free delivery' on any offer we may choose to run from time to time, and such order is subsequently returned, our standard postage & packing costs will be deducted from any refund due.
Please retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit and therefore strongly recommend that you send returns by Royal Mail recorded delivery or similar method. We also recommend that you take out additional insurance to cover the cost of the item in the event of loss. For items being returned from outside the European Union, please make sure you mark any customs forms with "Returning for Refund" to avoid any delay or costs in processing your refund.
Please note that if an item has been altered, damaged/marked in any way, or has been worn/used we are unable to exchange or provide a refund. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your clothing before authorising any alterations as this will void the exchange/return policy set out above.
Please note that for hygiene reasons jewellery, bindis, bangles and body tattoos cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been made specific to your requirements.

Customers should note that this Returns Policy applies to purchases made from the Krishna Sarees website or telephone orders only. Please note that returns from website and telephone orders will not be accepted in store.
