Despatching Your Item
We despatch every weekday and before 9.30am on Saturdays. We despatch within 24 hours and items ordered before 3pm are usually (but not always) despatched same day. Unless stated Standard domestic postage is by Second Class Royal Mail Large Letter or Package. Royal Mail First Class Post is usually offered at a small additional cost. We also offer Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery Next Day (before 1pm), if you need your item quickly. If you require a different post option that we don’t offer on our listing please contact us and we will arrange it for you. We will always work with you to get your item to you by your required date, if at all possible.
Please note that we always despatch quickly but once your item is posted, it is in the hands of Royal Mail and we have no control over delivery times. Please bear this in mind if you contact us about a missing item and also when you leave feedback. Certificate of postage is always obtained for untracked mail.
Below are expected delivery times as given by Royal Mail. Please note that these are only estimates and while the majority of mail is delivered within these times Royal Mail require 15 working days (not Saturday or Sunday) for domestic mail and 25 working days for international mail before items can be considered undelivered. We will not refund or exchange until after these deadlines have passed except in special circumstances, where we may make special arrangements with the customer. Royal Mail successfully deliver 99% of all mail correctly. We will try to give you information regarding any delivery issues that are known to Royal Mail, in our shop pages. In the unlikely event that your item is undelivered please ‘contact us’ to let us know.

In addition to domestic destinations we also despatch by Royal Mail Airmail within Europe and to selected destinations worldwide. We are happy to despatch to worldwide but to some parts of the world we will only despatch using tracked services. Please contact us is your destination is not available on our listing. We will always try to arrange delivery to your destination.
Returns & Refunds
Please select your size carefully, we will give details about sizing but if you require more information please contact us, we are happy to provide as much information as we are able to. If however your item does not fit or is unsuitable in any way, please either contact us and arrange to return the item, or use the Ebay resolution centre to arrange the return. Unless the item is faulty you will be expected to pay the postage cost for returning the item to us and despatching the replacement item. If you require an exchange please contact us first. On receipt of the item returned in perfect condition we despatch a replacement item. Except on the unusual occasion that an item is found to be faulty, a re-stocking fee equivalent to the original cost of postage will be deducted from refunds for items despatched with free postage.
