RETURNS POLICY If you need to return your item for any reason you must notify us within 7 days for a refund. The item must be in original, resalable condition, with all tags (if applicable) still attached. It is up to the sender to decide what level of postage they require and to insure the return if they deem it necessary, for example recorded delivery, this is at the sender’s expense. A refund for the goods will only be issued once goods are received back by us in good condition, therefore if they are lost or damaged in the post you will not receive a refund and you will need to make your own claim to Royal Mail for the lost or damaged parcel. For this reason we recommend you obtain a proof of posting for your returned items. Original postage and return postage will not be refunded. If the item(s) were sent with free postage then 20% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund to cover original postage costs incurred when your order was dispatched. For all returns a returns case must be opened in the ebay resolution centre for a refund to be considered and issued, this way we can all keep track of the progress of the return and refund.
