Shipment Service:
Customers can choose between standard Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel Carrier Service. Our parcel carrier orders are shipped by DPD parcel carrier 24 hour service (UK mainland only excluding Highlands & Islands). This service will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package a calling card will be left and the package will be returned to the DPD depot.

Important Delivery Information:
Please ensure when ordering using the Parcel Carrier option that your delivery address will have someone available during normal business hours to receive and sign for the goods. We can ship to alternative delivery addresses (e.g. work addresses) if there is no one available during work hours at your home address. Please provide this information in the "notes to seller" box either in eBay or PayPal.

IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS WE WILL SHIP YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS.

Tracking Number:
All parcel carrier shipments have a web based tracking / consignment number with which you can track the progress of your shipment online. Please contact us if you reqire this information .

Delivery Upgrade Information:
If you select a Royal mail service but your order value is over £50 or your combined postage hits £5.25 we will automatically upgrade your delivery service to DPD parcel carrier.

Shipping Cost:
All shipments will be offered with either second class, first class or Carrier services. All items have shipping prices attached to them based on the weight and size of the package. The maximum you will be charged for multiple items is £5.25 and this will then make your order for shipment by parcel carrier irrespective of the shipping method you have chosen. If the eBay system charges you more than £5.25 for multiple purhases we will refund any extra charge over and above this £5.25 maximum back to your PayPal account. If in doubt please contact us.

Faulty Goods:
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund:
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

Return policy details
Customers seeking to return goods must notify by email prior to sending goods back to us. Customers should only return goods to us after we have authorised the return by way of confirmation email. If customers seek to return goods for replacements then the customer must pay the return carriage cost of the original item to us and pay the carriage cost to send the replacement item out. In the event that we send out incorrect or damaged goods to customers then we will pay for collection of the goods and also the replacement item carriage charge as well.
