After much soul searching we are selling our much loved Bailey Pageant CD caravan as we are no longer caravaning.

This caravan has the full Bailey spec. Hot water. Shower, Cooker, Blown Air Central Heating, Alarm, Cassette toilet, 2 comfortable beds (which are longer than a lot of vans). Fly screens, blinds and curtains. It has an end washroom and shower.

As we are no longer caravanning it comes with a whole heap of goodies!
It has with it:
A full size awning
An almost new porch awning
Long electric hook up cable 
Battery
Gas bottle
Aqua roll water container
TV with built in DVD
Satellite dish and box 
Microwave
Electric kettle
Toaster
Pots, Pans, Plates, Dishes, Cuttlery etc
Hitchlock and Wheel lock

All you have to do is put your bedding in and it is ready to roll!

Talking of rolling - it tows very well. It was fully serviced last year and has only done about 50 miles since then.
We are the third owner of this van and it has been well looked after all its life.
Don't be put off by it being a 1992 caravan. It is very dry and in super condition for its age. It has a few minor marks as you would expect. There is one small hole in the rear corner which I have photographed for you. It is not problematic but I would rather people knew about it. Apart from that and a blind that doesn't hold in place very well in the down position it is a smart and attractive van
The layout makes it feel quite spacious 
It is a comfortable van that will be sadly missed.

I have been asked if it has a stabiliser. Yes, it has the type of hitch mechanism with an inbuilt stabiliser.
