Returning items back to us is simple. Just send it back to the address on the top left of your shipping note. Include the shipping note in the parcel and write on it what you would like us to do e.g. exchange for bigger size or refund. If you lose the shipping note no problem, just print out a returns form, follow the link to the full returns policy at the bottom.
Items you send back must be unworn, in perfect condition e.g. no animal hair, scuffs or marks, with the original packaging and labels still attached.
If you want to cancel and get a refund just let us know by phone or email up to 14 days after you receive the item. Legally you get 7 days but this isn't very long so we give you 14! As soon as we then receive the goods we will apply the refund.
If you need to exchange for a different size, please let us know up to 30 days after you receive the item.
Unless we've made a mistake or the item is faulty, you will need to cover the cost of posting items back to us and we will send out exchanges/replacements with no extra cost.
