Must Read Before You Buy
Before placing order; please read carefully and understand these points;
1. Kindly ensure your MOBILE NUMBER and ADDRESS is up to date and correct at the checkout. We prefer Mobile number rather than land lines to contact customer directly.
4. If you need to change your delivery address for any reason please let us know ASAP. Once item is despatched, we CANNOT change it and it will incur restocking fee of 25% and extra time. Re-delivery charges (£25 plus VAT) will apply if required.
5. Depending upon stock availability, delivery may take 12-14 working days. However these are only estimated figures and it may get further delayed depending upon the delivery area and other circumstances.
6. On agreed delivery day, please ensure someone (preferably an adult) is available at delivery address to receive and check item and sign for it.
7. We DO NOT use couriers to deliver these heavy item and delicate items to avoid any damages. Our partner company deliver goods on their own dedicated vans
8. Goods are delivered to ground floor only. Please inform us in advance if there are any stairs etc. Delivery drivers will help to deliver these items only to the front door and will not help taking them upstairs.
9. For heavy furniture, specially mirrored furniture, we will require customer to provide assistance to our driver to unload these heavy and delicate items. It will be clearly indicated on the listing where required
10. We book at least 24 hours with customer to deliver these items. If upon delivery, customer fails to receive the goods for any reason or unable to provide the assistance to the driver, the delivery will not be made. In this case we have right to charge the 25% restocking fee plus re-delivery charges (£25 plus VAT)
11. All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank/Public Holidays), any time between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We normally book in delivery at least 24 hours before hand with customer ringing customer on mobile or by email.
12. Unfortunately we CANNOT offer specific time deliveries. We are not able to offer exact delivery time slots at present and your order will arrive between the designated hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. However, upon request our driver can ring 30 minutes before they arrive to deliver.
13. Please check item prior to signing driver's paperwork as no claim will be accepted after this point.
14. Delivery dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed and no liability will be accepted for any loss whatsoever suffered or caused through late delivery and time of delivery shall not be of the essence.
15. These terms does not affect your statutory rights.
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We regret to inform that at present we CANNOT deliver to overseas addresses or the following UK postcodes;
England and Wales
GY, JE, HS, TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), BFPO
KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH9, PH15-44, ZE
We may NOT be able to deliver to the following areas and postcodes and if we could then it may incur extra cost and time depending upon the address as standard delivery charges mentioned in the listing do NOT apply to these areas. Please contact us for delivery cost to following areas;
AB31-38, AB41-56, PO, FK19-21, HS, IV1, IV3-56, PH3
England & Wales

- We DO NOT accept return on this item, unless it is wrong, faulty or damaged. In case of fault, please contact us with some pictures and clear description
- Any damages to the items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- This listing is for the product under title only and any other items shown (accessories side tables or any ornaments etc) shown in picture are not included in the price unless otherwise stated
- On arrival of goods, you MUST inspect the exterior of the goods before signing for any visible signs of damage. If goods appear damaged, either reject goods or accept them and sign for as DAMAGED.
- Using the damaged goods intentionally will void the warranty and we will not be able to entertain any claims later on.
- Return of unwanted goods only applies within 14 days of having them. We will not be able to accept any return after this deadline. In any case delivery and return postage / costs are payable by buyer of the product except when item delivered is wrong, damaged or faulty
