We know that you'll want to try this uniform on to know if it fits well, so we accept returns for any reason within 14 days of it arriving at your address, as long as they are returned in perfect condition including any packaging. To keep our prices as low as possible for you, we do not factor in to our prices the possibility of sending items out twice, thus the buyer is responsible for postage costs for all refunds and exchanges, we feel this provides a fair service for all and avoids escalating prices to cover costs.

Exchanges: Please enclose sufficient postage to send you your replacement item, your address, your name, and full details of what you wish to exchange the item for.

Refunds: Please enclose details of your name, address, ebay name, and how you paid. If you paid by paypal we will need your email address used for paypal, and the date you paid. If by cheque then a cheque number & date. We reserve the right to charge 10% of the item price as an admin fee to cover our time and expenses for all refunds.
