Payment Policy

• All of our items are dispatched from distribution centres and are not available for collection / viewing
• We can accept payment via PayPal or via Credit / Debit Card by calling 0115 986 9748
• Immediate Payment is required after clicking "Buy-It-Now"
• Item will be shipped within one working day of receiving full payment

Shipping Policy

• We deliver to numerous EU countries, please check the item description for details of individual products
• UK deliveries will usually be shipped with DHL. Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days
• Large / heavy items will be shipped with a pallet courier. Delivery is usually 2-4 working days. Please include a contact number with your address so the courier can advise on what day they're coming.
• International deliveries will be shipped through Parcelforce and are usually fulfilled by a chosen national delivery company in the destination country
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email, once the item has been dispatched

Returns Policy

• All of our items are brand new
• You are able to return unused items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund including your original P&P charges
• You are able to return faulty/damaged items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund including your original P&P charges, or an exchange
• The buyer bares the cost of return

• We do not accept returns in person. We operate out of a warehouse which is not open to the public
