BEDFORD MJP 4x4 and ARROWS TRAILER COMBINATION

Ex Army Bedford 4x4 GS Cargo truck, with Bedford 330 Turbo Engine, Truck is in good condition and shows less than 50,000km

The rear is fitted out with bench seats as a shoot vehicle and removable steps to gain entry. Canvas is good and all ties down properly. Chassis is completely waxoiled.

Its known as a 4tonne GS cargo truck which means it is capable of carrying 4 tons, The plated weight is 10 tons, which means you CANNOT drive it on a car licence. It may be downrated to 7.5t which can be done by the new owner if required.

4 speed spicer gearbox, transfer box and High Low all work correctly, Truck is Taxed for 6months and currently runs as MOT EXEMPT (you must satisfy yourself that you can also run it as such) Vehicle has 6 spare wheels included, two of which are the origonal bar tread and the other four are Michelin's. I have the full V5 in my name (which will be signed and posted to DVLA at the time of sale/exchange) Declared manufactured in 1985 and registered in the UK 2006.

Also included is the correct Arrows trailer for the Truck, has almost new tyres. Its a big trailer and CANNOT be legaly towed behind a Land Rover, Its too wide.

Runs and drives very well, all Bedford 330's Smoke a little on start up, this ones no exception, clears up once up to operating temp.

Its a little to large to keep around my house, I'm looking for a Land Rover Defender, Discovery, Off Roader (must be diesel) or a Volvo TGB 4x4, 6x6, Big Touring Bike, Etc or Cash/Cleared funds. Sorry no deals done over the phone, if we agree a trade we both need to be happy we are getting what we want, so it's best we meet and inspect one another vehicles.
