IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please check the parcel on delivery and note any damages when signing for the goods. All damages should be reported to us within 24 hours. Providing you contact us within 24 hours, and can supply appropriate photographic evidence, we can normally replace damaged items next working day. Please be aware that we can only respond during normal business hours
For small parcels we use Royal Mail Signed For or Tracked services. Larger items will be sent by courier, usually DPD or Fedex UK. You will receive a tracking number by email for your delivery from our sales team at bluearan.co.uk and may also receive an email update from our courier with an estimated delivery time.
Delivery prices for courier deliveries (Next-Day and Other Courier) are for UK mainland only. Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are not included and extra carriage charges may be payable. Please contact us before you buy if you need delivery to these locations.
All our deliveries require a signature so please make sure someone will be at home. If there is no-one available to sign for the goods they will be taken back to the delivery depot and a card will be left at the delivery address. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or to collect the goods. If you do not contact the delivery company within a few days the goods may be returned to us and there may be additional charges to redeliver the item.
Please take time to make sure that your details are up to date and that you select the correct address so your order gets to you quickly and easily. Sometimes its worth adding a work address or relative's address to your PayPal account so there is someone available to sign for the delivery.
If you haven't received your order soon after us despatching it, or have a question about your delivery please contact us. Please note that courier deliveries are generally delivered within 2 working days of despatch, however Royal Mail Post can take up to 10 working days for parcels. Royal Mail do not consider post to be lost until 15 working days after the date of posting.
Not happy with your item?
If after you have received your order you realise it was the wrong item, or just not quite what you expected you may return the item to us for a refund if the following conditions are met:
- You tell us within 7 days of receiving the item
- The item is NEW and UNUSED
- The packaging is complete and intact
- Any software is still sealed and unregistered
This satisfaction guarantee allows you to see the item in the flesh and decide if you are totally happy with what you just bought BEFORE you start using it. If you have started using an item (or its after 7 days) and you decide its wrong for you then we can accept some items back for refund or credit against a new order however there may be a restocking fee depending on the item and packaging condition. You are responsible for the return carriage costs and must make sure the item is well packaged.
We aim to resolve all problems as quickly as possible and you can contact us by telephone, email or via ebay. Please do not send items back without contacting us first to open a help ticket and obtain a return number and return address.

Unless the listing says otherwise, all the items we sell are brand new, sealed in original packaging and are covered by a full 12 month warranty. We are an authorised dealer for all the brands we sell. Excessive wear or misuse are not covered under warranty, nor are consumable items like fog fluid and lamps. Within 30 days faulty items are normally replaced, after this time the item may be repaired as appropriate.

We will only offer refunds and repairs on items we have sold you, which will be invisible security marked and where appropriate have serial numbers logged. This is due to an increase in scams on ebay where buyers are sending back an old item and requesting a refund/replacement, and keeping the new item we send them (This is sometimes known as the 'bait and switch scam' or 'brick scam'). If you are a genuine buyer, you dont need to worry as this this wont affect you in anyway, and we will provide our usual service with regard to warranty returns and replacements.
