If you wish to terminate the contract within 14 days you will be responsible for the courier costs of returning the item to us. Software and software protection devices must be sealed otherwise they cannot be returned to us. Clothing (including drum gloves)and personal items such as ear plugs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Our warranty and returns policy does not cover problems or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misapplication, unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly or cosmetic wear and tear to the finish as a result of standard operation. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card, PayPal, or account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing. All returns must include the accessories that came with the original product. If products are returned missing accessories or are incomplete a variable re stocking fee may be applied or the return may be refused. We reserve the right to charge a variable re stocking fee for unwanted goods. We also reserve the right to deduct a delivery fee where items have been sold with 'Free Shipping' equal to the cost of shipping the item. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives faulty or developes a fault please contact us as soon as possible with a full product and fault description and the date of purchase. Before contacting us please consult the user manual of the product as the suspected fault may be part of the normal operation of the product. Please also ensure that you are using the latest drivers and have updated all other Operating Systems. Faults developing within the first 14 days will be collected free of charge. Conditions apply. Faults developing after 14 days and within the 2 year warranty will be sent back at the customers expense. Faults developing after 2 years from purchase cannot be sent back to us. We can however offer details of service centres that may be able to repair your goods. Please do not send faulty products back without contacting us as you will require a Returns Number. Sending products back without the Returns Number can lead to significant delays in processing. Please write the Returns Number clearly on the packaging and include a full fault description with the item for our engineers. Not writing a fault description can lead to significant delays in processing. Software faults, faults caused by user error, faults caused by using the product in a way other than what it is intended for, faults caused by incompatibility with existing equipment or software are not covered under our normal terms. All products returned will be assessed by our staff. Any product found to be faulty due to customer misuse will be chargeable. Any product returned and found not to exhibit a fault will be charged a fixed engineers fee of £30 plus associated carriage costs. Products that have been modified in any way are not covered under warranty. We aim to sort out and turn around faulty items as quickly as possible. Sometimes repairs can take longer than expected.
