BUYERS IN SOUTH AMERICA: Due to the number of items which go missing through local postal services in South America, we will only use express services to these countries (FedEx, UPS, TNT etc). This means that there will be an additional charge on top of the normal postage however it also means you will get your item much sooner than you would using the normal service. We will happily accept returns of items, no questions asked, which are received in a condition other than that in which they were described.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit to you, we will replace it where appropriate once you have confirmed the loss/damage with the carrier. All of our items include full-value insurance as standard and use the most reliable delivery services available. Items sent via Royal Mail will not be considered lost or delayed until 15 working days have passed since the expected delivery date in the UK / 21 working days have passed since the expected delivery date in Europe / 25 working days have passed since the expected delivery date for the Rest of the World. The Buyer must allow this reasonable time to have passed before we will begin the refund process for a lost item. We rarely experience lost or damaged items but if this does happen, we work closely with the buyer until the problem is resolved.
We accept returns of most items within 14 days of delivery. In this instance, the buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and the buyer must pay for the return postage. The item must be in original condition, in the original packaging with all parts intact. If the item is sold as "unopened", "box intact" or similar then we will only refund if the item is returned in this condition. We will refund the full amount minus the original postage cost. When returning the item to us: a fast, tracked service must be used. The item must be packed carefully and securely using all of the original packaging. Any damage to the item in transit on return will be the responsibility of the buyer.
