If you need to return goods you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Email us for a Returns Reference Number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an authorised Returns Number. Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original unopened packaging. Your return package must contain the Returns Number. Returns with an authorised returns number will be processed with preference to those sent without. All postage costs are the buyers responsibility, original sale and return postage costs will not be refunded. Items returned to us are the responsibility of the purchaser until proof of delivery is obtained, in order to minimise loss of returns all customers are advised to send returns by recorded mail and fully insured.
For hygiene reasons items of underwear and lingerie can only be returned within our usual returns policy if genuinely faulty, or if they have not been opened and the seal hasn't been broken.
