Refunds for Faulty Items Grumpy Greyhound guarantees that all items we sell will work on arrival as they are fully tested prior to listing. We will be happy to replace any items that are found to be faulty on arrival, or where we reach agreement that the items does not closely match our description. The item must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase.
