Damage in transit claims can only be made if

1) The delivery note has been signed 'DAMAGED' next to signature.

2) We have been informed of the damage within 24 hours of the delivery.

Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this as the couriers will not process a claim for damage in transit unless the item is signed for as damaged and they are notified by us of a problem immediately.

Signing the delivery documents as 'Unchecked' is not sufficient.
