Terms and conditions of the sale
We've made our Terms and Conditions as easy and brief as possible as no one likes to read them, but by placing your order with 'us/we/our' (GIZMO-DEALS), you accept the following.
 
1. Prices
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel.
 
2. Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. If on receipt of your order the goods are not available in stock we will notify you, and offer to refund you for any sum that has been paid by you, or allow you to wait until available in stock.
 
3. Delivery
Charges for delivery may not be included in the product price and will be provided on checkout (before you submit your card details). Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are included within the delivered consignment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3.1 Delivery times. All UK orders are sent by either next day courier or 1st class (1-2 business days estimated). International orders are sent by Airmail (3 - 10 days estimated delivery).
 
4. Ordering
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle 'us' to terminate the contract immediately.
 
5. Returns and Refunds
 
5.1 Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
 
5.2 Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 60 days of delivery.
 
5.3 Unwanted Goods (within 60 days of receipt)
We will accept the item back for a full refund up to 60 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.
 
5.3.1 Unwanted Goods (outside 60 days of receipt)
No goods are accepted outside of the 60 day returns policy.
 
6. Lost items
GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 10 working days (UK) and 15 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS.
 
7. Site Information
Any goods, services or information displayed should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the site. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this site.     A great price for an essential tool

    For the price, I can't complain. It does the job and got me out of trouble with my crank. I usually go for the better known brands and I can't say how it will hold up in years to come, but it worked and for the price of a pint!

    Poorly finished but just functional

    The overall finish is poor and the internal threads were sloppy with marking on the male thread that made it stick when in use. I worked this back and forth a few time with a wrench and the thread became usable. The end "button" that drives against the bottom bracket shaft was badly formed but not critically damaged. The outer thread fitted the cranks OK . Overall this is a very cheaply made tool that you wouldn't risk on a Shimano or Campagnolo crank, but worked OK on a cheap bike for a one-off use. The photo is of a much higher quality finish part that the supplied tool failed to live up to in terms of appearance and finish. This tool appears to be supplied by many companies and it is the same poor quality part everywhere - only difference is the price. At a very low cost for one or two ...

    Did the Job

    I bought this because the price looked good and it would arrive quickly. I did succeed in undoing my pedal cranks which had been undisturbed for a long time although one side also needed some help from a ball joint separator. I had a major difficulty in starting the thread - it looked to me as if the thread start on the tool could have been more open. I could not screw it in by hand and when it seemed just about to engage I needed to press hard with one hand while turning with a spanner hoping I had not crossed the thread - to my relief it worked but I think it should screw in more easily than that. If buying again I would try a different one though it seems to have worked fine for others

    Good tool for the price.

    Good crank puller for the money. The threads aren't the best quality, but it is very good value. I applied a little bike oil before using. Simple to use and requires a 16mm wrench of some kind (a circular can fit in between the two tools which makes it easier). I would recommend this product!

    Poor quality material

    This crank puller is rubbish. At first I thought great, it threaded in perfectly fine. As I tightened the inner 'pushing' bolt the outer threads gave way from the crank threads. The crank hadn't budged. On close inspection the puller threads had simply disintegrated. the cheap alloy material is not robust enough to truly hold fast. I would not recommend buying this product.
