Royal Mail delivery options
We aim to dispatch all items sent via a royal mail service within 24hours of the transaction being completed, Monday-Friday. Please note that unless a special service is selected (i.e. guaranteed next day) royal mail only provide estimated delivery times. Delays can occur on these services and we ask all customers to remain patient.
The ‘get it fast’ Royal Mail Special Delivery option requires completing before 3pm to ensure same-day dispatch. We also ask all customers to contact the office on 0121 328 3343 and inform a member of staff to avoid any delays occurring when this option is required.
The ‘get it fast’ Royal Mail Special Delivery option DOES NOT include Saturday delivery, if purchased on a Friday before 3pm it will be dispatched for the following Monday before 1PM. Please contact the office for Saturday delivery price and availability (we normally recommend a residential address for Saturday delivery).
Other courier service options dispatch and delivery:
All items that are dispatched with the ‘other 48hour courier’ & ‘other 24hour courier’ option require a booking confirmation from us to the courier, so normally these transactions will require completion before 2pm to ensure a same day dispatch, Monday-Friday. Anything after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
If selecting the ‘get it fast’ other 24hour courier option we also ask all customers to contact the office on 0121 328 3343 and inform a member of staff to avoid any delays occurring when this option is required. Both the ‘other 24 & 48hour courier’ options do not delivery on the weekends. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact the office for price and availability.
If your item is being dispatch by a pallet service the ‘Other courier 3-5 working days’ is a pallet service that normally delivers within 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. We aim to dispatch within 24hours but sometimes due to stock location within the warehouse we may experience slight delays. The ‘get it fast’ pallet option normally requires completion before 1pm to ensure same day dispatch. And we ask all customers to contact the office on 0121 328 3343 to check availability.

All items are marked as dispatched the day they are being shipped and if available at the time we will update tracking information; this will normally go live later that day.
We offer worldwide delivery on all items. We only offer tracked and signed for services that are insured to the value of your item. For insurance purposes we declare the actual cost you have paid for the item on all paperwork and invoices. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any import/custom tax and/or duties.
