Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with Paypal receipt/proof of purchase and detailed reason for return enclosed. Proof of postage/shipping of return must be obtained. Item must be unopened, unused in resalable condition or in case of graded item in same condition as sent. Free promotion items associated with sale must also be returned in same condition as sent if exchange is not being given. Buyer responsible for return costs. There is a £5 restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges will be issued until goods have been received and inspected and comply with the above returns procedure. P&P/delivery charge is not refundable in any circumstance. If the item is returned to us due to your failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we will charge you another delivery fee and hold the right to charge an additional £15-£30 inc VAT (to cover the return fee which is what we are charged by most courier companies). Food, and in the interests if hygiene, healthcare and beauty products, are not refundable. Faulty/damaged items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
