Don't try this unless you are already fit and slim and have a super absorbant sponge handy for the amount of fluid you will sweat! - beginners? No way, not even modified would a beginner be able to do this. So if you are already fit, its very good! Not sure why they would have beginner and advanced on the same DVD though. The instructions take longer than the workout.
