This item arrived contaminated with cigarette smoke for which the buyer recompensed me for decontamination cost. my elderly Mother in Law has always had a corded phone and modern technology is beyond her. This set up gave her the best of both worlds and joy of joy she now has Caller display so she can ignore the many nuisance calls she receives. Now she has mastered the cordless technology and almost always manages to put it back on Charge. The point is, if she can use it anybody can, thank you

This wasn't quite right for purpose but was buyers fault for not reading specifics...I thought you could transfer a call from one 'phone to the other which you can't. However the product was easy to install and the 'normal' looking main 'phone was good for older people as were the big buttons.
