If you want to return something, write or e-mail within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must then be posted back or otherwise shipped by the buyer, to be received no later than 14 days after they have given notice of their intent to return them. A refund will be given for goods returned in the same condition in which they were shipped - CDs, DVDs, software and similar items must not have been unsealed.
