We use Royal Mail as our primary shipping service. On larger orders we often use UPS Standard. Tracking will be provided upon request once the order is shipped. Please note that some shipping methods like 1st or 2nd Class Standard post don't have a tracking facility.

It will state on each listing which service we use for each item. We will ship your order(s) within 1 business days of receiving payment providing all security checks have been met. We can only ship to your registered PayPal address.

Unfortunately, we don't offer an order collection service at present. Any emails sent about this will not be answered in an effort to streamline our email response service and to reduce the workload we receive.

If you are expressing your 14 Day rights to cancel, please be aware that all return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, upon receipt providing we receive the goods in the same condition we sent them, you will receive a full refund including the shipping paid on your order.

If you're seeking to returning an item back to us which is faulty or damaged, within 14 days we will cover your return postage by using either Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel2go (Hermes) up to the value of £6.00.
