You will receive an email confirming the date of your delivery and on the day of delivery, you will receive a text message (provided a mobile telephone number has been left upon purchasing) with a 60 minute window of when to expect the delivery, removing the need to remain in one location all day!

To qualify for standard next day delivery we must receive cleared payment for your order by 13.30PM Monday-Thursday only.
Certain smaller/lighter products qualify for Royal Mail First Class service starting from £1.99. To check if your items qualify, please check the 'Postage' area at the top of each listing.
For purchases of mulitple items, eBay will automatically charge the dearest postage rate plus half of each additional item(s) postage rate.
Postage is then capped at £6.50. At which point, orders will automatically be upgraded to our DPD Next Day Service.
Pre 10AM and 12PM deliveries Monday-Saturday can be arrange for a surcharge, please contact our friendly sales team for a price and availability.
Non Stock Items
Some of our specialist lines are ordered directly from the manufacturers. These items will usually be despatched within 5 working days. To check availability, please click on the 'See All Details' link in the postage section at the top of each listing.
If the items are urgent, a next day delivery may be available for a surcharge.
If your order combines both stock lines and non-stock items we will dispatch your order when complete unless our sales team is contacted to split delivery (charges may apply).
All stock items are returnable for a full refund less delivery costs incurred if contacted within 7 days of receipt of order.
Any non-stock items returned may incur a handling charge, please contact our sales team for any assistance.
In the rare event your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact sales for a replacement/refund for your order.
Please contact our sales team before returning your order to obtain a goods return number.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging (un-opened if received in sealed packaging) and along with a goods return number.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
