Postage: We are happy to combine postage on items bought on the same day, use
the "Buy It Now" option for each item and then request a total from
seller. We cannot refund on overpayment of postage if you use the basket
option, unless agreed before buying as eBay will have already charged us fees
on the postage costs and we cannot get these back if we refund.
Payment: We accept
payment by PayPal in £'s Sterling.
Payment: Please make sure you can pay for your item when you buy it! We always
open an unpaid case after 2-3 days if you have not contacted us and made
payment arrangements. We have already been charged fees for selling a item and
this it’s the only way we can get these back. Items bought by mistake can be
cancelled so please contact us.
Postage: We use Royal
Mail 2nd or 1st class for items up to large letter size and MyHermes,
for all items over this size. Please note that items over 1kg to the Channel Islands are classed as Airmail by Royal Mail
(MyHermes do not deliver here) so prices can be quite high, please contact us
for a postage quote before bidding.
Some pendants are sent by recorded delivery to the UK and
International Signed For outside the UK.
We are happy to send our items outside the UK but as
we have had a few things go missing, we now only use Tracked Airmail, please
email us before bidding so we can
give you a postage price.
Our postage prices include actual postage, cost of
packaging and eBay fees ( we are charged 11% on our postage price as well as on
the final selling price of the item.)
Feedback: If there is a
problem with your item then please contact us before leaving feedback as all
issues can be resolved and we pride ourselves in our high level of customer
service. We are only human and do make mistakes and these will be sorted out
straight away if you let us know. Negative feedback should only be used for those
who do not deliver your items and run off with your money ~ we are not one of
those sellers!! You can email us directly on email@example.com to sort
out problems quickly.
Items: Royal Mail: They should leave a card if you are not at home, sadly this
does not always happen. If your item has not arrived as expected please contact
your local sorting office (not Post Office) as 99% of the time your item is sat
there waiting for collection. If not then please contact us, please remember that
Royal Mail does not consider a item lost until after 15 days and we are unable
to submit a claim till then. For lost items we will offer a refund, replacement
or a alternative item. MyHermes, a tracking number will be added to the eBay
sale within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday).
items: If your item arrives damaged then please contact us with details and
photos of the damage (email address below). We can then put in a claim for the
damage to the relevant courier and offer either a refund or replacement.
We take all of our photos ourselves, we are not professionals but we do
try to be as accurate s possible, therefore photos should only be used as a
guide and where we have more than one of the item, the photo may not show the
one that you receive.
Colours: We use
natural daylight to photograph all of our items. Whilst we try and make these
as accurate as possible, colours will look different on certain computer
monitors. Blue, Purple and Green are a prime example of this.
