What items can I return?
We only accept returns on items which are not made to order or personalised.
All personalised items are photographed prior to postage. If requested we will send you a copy for your approval prior to posting. Any mistakes will be rectified as soon as possible!
How long have I got to return an item?
You can request a return up to 14 calendar days (or as per listing) from the day you receive delivery of your order. Once you have requested a return, you have 14 calendar days from the day we authorise your return for your return to reach us and be delivered by your chosen postal method. Refunds and or exchanges will not be processed after this timeframe expires. This is in accordance with ebays regulations.
What if my item is delivered damaged or items are missing?
All damages or missing items must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any claims for damages or missing items from orders that are notified after this time. We will however try to respond promptly to any valid claims.
Will I need to return a damaged item?
We very rarely ask for a damaged item to be returned to us. Please get in touch and we'll work out what is best to do on a case by case basis
How can I return my item?
Please either contacts us though eBay or use eBay’s returns process to request a return.
Where should I return my item?
All items unless otherwise stated during requesting your return should be sent to our business address which is on your packing slip, the outside of your delivered item our 'Me' page and also on at the bottom of every listing in our 'Business Seller Information' section.
How should I return my item?
Any item which is returned, must arrive back to us in fully saleable condition and either using the same or similar packaging to avoid damage. We ask this as we are unable to refund items that are returned damaged due to incorrect packaging or items that are returned without part or any of the original retail packaging as this packaging is part of the product and without such items the product cannot be sold as in 'new condition'. All items returned for a refund or replacement are done so at the buyer’s expense.
Please note we expect our customers to treat their purchases with care. Hand made items that are mishandled before return will not be refunded. If a hand made item needs adjustment or doesn't meet your requirements, get in touch before any damage is done to the item. All hand made items are securely sewn into position and cannot be adjusted.
If I have purchased the wrong size or item can I return it for exchange?
We are happy exchange items. All items for exchange must be returned as per our returns policy in an unused and fully saleable condition in their original undamaged retail packaging.
What if there is a price difference as part of the exchange?
If there is a price difference then we may ask for an additional payment or provide a partial refund should the difference be in your favour.
Will I need to pay additional postage as part of the exchange?
Please bear in mind that we may ask for additional outbound postage depending on the circumstances of the exchange.
We operate a fair for all returns policy. We treat all of our customers fairly as we expect them to treat us and our goods that they might return fairly too. Please don't ask for special dispensation as it will not be given.
