Warranty We are confident about our products and we want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. We offer a 1-year 100% satisfaction warranty on all of our products. Restocking Fee Please make sure that you are ordering the right cartridges for your printer. If you have any questions about compatibility please contact us before placing an order. Every cartridge that is returned to us goes through an extensive process to check quality standards. For that reason a 20% restocking fee is charged when there is no fault on our part, like ordering the wrong cartridges or a request to cancel an order already shipped. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, most of our orders are shipped the same day. If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to send you a refund, less delivery charges or you may opt to have us re-deliver it to you. COOLING OFF PERIOD The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow for a cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your order. The cooling off period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Should you wish to exercise this right, first of all we require you to inform us of your intention to return the goods (please call us or email us so that we may expect the goods back) and despatch them back by recorded post to ensure their safe delivery. We cannot be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during return. All postage costs for the return are your responsibility. All goods returned to us should be unopened and in resaleable condition. You then have a further 7 calendar days to return the item to us. Once 14 calendar days have elapsed since the receipt of goods these rights will lapse. Where you have exercised your right to cancel and we have received the goods back as above we will refund your money within 30 days. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We ship thousands of orders overseas every year with perfect feedback from our customers. All orders are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. For international or outside EU orders please note that we cannot bear the costs of returning any items back to our facilities. We will honor our warranty upon return of the items. Our products are 100% EU compatible, please make sure you are buying products compatible with your printer in your country. We will be happy to answer any inquiries in that regard.
