Provided an item you purchased hasn't been used or marked in any way you are welcome to return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please use an insured service to do so, as we can't issue a refund if it is lost or damaged en route back to us. If that happens you will need to claim from the postal service or delivery company.
Please contact us to obtain a returns number before sending an item back to us. This helps us to identify the item when it arrives and greatly speeds up the refund process. Please write the number on the outside of the parcel and include a copy of your original invoice.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item from outside of the EU, the package will require a customs label. Please make a note on it that the contents are item/s being returned to the seller for a refund, otherwise UK customs may attempt to charge us customs duty on the item. If that happens we will not be able to accept the delivery, and the item will be returned to you by the postal service.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If there has been any error on our part, or if we are satisfied that an item is defective, we may at our discretion agree to reimburse the cost of return postage, but only up to the original cost of delivery that we charged to send the item to you.
If an exchange is required, we will charge a re-postage fee, for which we will send you a PayPal invoice once the original item is returned to us (unfortunately we don't get a refund from Royal Mail if you've ordered an item incorrectly). If the exchange item costs more than the original we will send a PayPal invoice for the difference; if it costs less we will of course refund the difference.
Please note that if a strap has been marked in any way - by the clasp clamp when fitting it to a watch for instance - it will not be possible to return it under any circumstances.
