The executive director of this company is a highly trained specialist peripatetic teacher who lives and works in Scotland with children and young people with Special educational needs as well as dyslexia. A member of dyslexia-Scotland, the British psychological society and a fully registered teacher, and ICT co-ordinator for Special Educational Needs.

Payments can be made by Paypal, cheque or Purchase order invoicing (for businesses or schools only- please message us and process through checkout as normal selecting cheque payment. 30 days payment terms are standard and BACS payments are preferred).

All items are sent by 2nd class mail or 24 hour courier, First class delivery is available for an extra charge. Items over a fixed amount will be sent recorded delivery.

International items are sent airsure or signed for. International delivery times are between 3 and 10 days.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours- you will receive notification of dispatch.

Refund Policy -For orders cancelled within your statutory rights (i.e. within 7 days of order confirmation, or 7 days after delivery – whichever is the longer) or before the goods have been despatched, we will issue a full refund within 30 days- normally sooner .Where an order is cancelled after the goods have been despatched, you must first contact us within 7 days (after delivery) , and the items then returned to us in the same good condition. If the goods are found to be unsellable they will be returned to you. Pack with all original tissue, bags and swatches as supplied. We will issue a full refund within 30 days - normally a lot sooner.
