Enterprise Ventilation Centre - Returns Policy
Upon receiving an item that is faulty, please contact our service hotline on 01274 659998 who then will arrange for the goods to be collected. After our inspection, and subject to approval, you will be offered the option of replacement or refund. If we believe the product is not faulty, you will be refunded the product cost and charged the cost of collection.
If a boxed item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service on 01274 659998 within 2 days after you have received the product.
Larger products (eg. galvanized spiral ducting) should be inspected before the courier’s delivery note is signed. Once signed, you have accepted the item(s) in suitable condition and as such any claim for damage will not be considered.
Change of mind
If you no longer wish to keep an item, you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product cost, on the basis that the goods are in their original, unused condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the product(s)are returned in a re-saleable condition, therefore, we advise you to package the items securely and take out necessary insurance cover with your delivery method.
