Q. Will this laptop be ready to use?
We have preloaded all programs so that the laptop is ready to use. You will simply need to connect to your wifi connection, it is also worthwhile running the windows updates once your laptop is received
Q. What condition will my laptop be in?
The Dell D620 laptop is a relatively new model that we have refurbished to a high standard! We are confident that you will not be disappointed with the condition of this laptop and it would also make a perfect gift for a loved one. However they can show signs of usage and might show slight wear and tear or minor scratches. But will definitely not have any significant marks, screen damage or dents.
Q. Can I collect my item?
Yes you are welcome to collect your laptop from Coventry, CV4 if you would like to arrange this please call on 02476 422328. Collections are by appointment only.
Q. If I am not happy with my laptop can I return it?
We offer a 30 day no quibble full refund policy, providing the item is posted back in unused and in the same condition it was despatched in. We will grant a full refund (less return postage costs) when the item has been fully checked by our staff. We will notify Ebay that it has been returned so we can receive a credit on our sellers fees.
Q. Will this laptop play flash games on facebook etc?
Yes the laptop will be suitable to play flash games on facebook etc, along with watching youtube videos or DVD's
Q. Will this laptop work with my internet dongle?
Yes this laptop will work with an internet dongle
Q. How long will it take to receive my laptop?
We aim to post all laptops within two working days on a next day service but please be patient during busy periods, if you have not received your item within 5 working days please contact us.
Q. Why are your prices so cheap?
We are able to keep our prices cheap by buying in bulk and passing these savings onto our customers. Although our prices are cheap we still guarantee excellent quality and large emphasis on after sales customer service
Q. What is your battery policy?
All laptop batteries are tested and will hold a charge, we cannot guarantee what length of time this charge will be. Batteries are only covered for Dead On Arrival and are not covered under the 90 Day Warranty. Please note that any battery issues must be reported within 72 hours otherwise we will not be able to replace the battery.
Q. Can you post to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands/Highland and offshire Islands?
Yes we can post to these locations, however due to our higher postage rates we charge an additional £10 to the following postcodes: PO, BT, IM, JE, GY, AB 37-38, HS 1-9, KA 27-28, KW 1-18, PA 20, 30-35, 40, 41-78, ZE 1-3 Please also appreciate that in certain areas it is no longer a next day service.
