Standard UK:

£3.95 delivery charge. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-4 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed after 12pm on a Friday till the end of Sunday, we will process the following Monday or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday.

Express UK:

£4.99 delivery charge. Monday to Friday, Royal Mail aim to deliver to you within 1-2 working days. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday will be processed on the Monday so you should receive your goods on Tuesday or Wednesday if a Bank Holiday.

European:

£6.99 delivery charge. Monday to Friday, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days, following the date your order is placed. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday will be processed on the Monday.

Worldwide:

£11.99 delivery charge. Monday to Friday, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 7-10 working days, following the date your order is placed. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday will be processed on the Monday.

What is your refund policy?

Should you wish to return a non-faulty item; all items can be returned to us by post within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund to your PayPal account. The item must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your product to receive your refund. If you have not heard from us within this time please contact us as you may need to claim a refund through Royal Mail if your parcel has been lost in the post. Should your item develop a fault, please contact our team at online@blueinc.co.uk and we will endeavor to replace it. Should a direct replacement not be available, we will refund the value of the item to you. We are able to offer exchanges.

A refund can be given on the product if it is returned within the specified time limit, however postage and package is non-refundable. Payment for postage is the responsibility of the customer. When returning parcels to us please make sure you keep all receipts confirming the postage of your order until you receive email confirmation of your refund from us. It is also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded. Swimwear and underwear must be returned to us unworn and in its original packaging. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be pleased with your purchases from BLUE INC so we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached AND THE ORDER FORM (or photocopy) within 14 days of receipt. We may not be able to refund you without a copy of the order form. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we will not be able to accept returns on underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and cosmetics unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

In addition to our returns policy outlined above you have seven working days under the distance Selling Regulations to cancel your purchase. Details of this are in our Terms and Conditions on our website Can I return my order to my local Blue Inc store or outlet? Orders purchased on the Blue Inc eBay site cannot be returned to any Blue Inc store.

What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?

In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund CONTACT INFO If you have a question about Blue Inc eBay, or a query about an order, you may find an answer to your questions within our FAQ's. How do I pay?

We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the easiest, quickest and most secure way to pay for your order. We are unable to accept Givex cards, cheques, postal orders, credit cards or bank transfers.
