Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via AK Autos Ltd. All Items should be returned within 7 working days, if the item is returned after the Seven working day period, they will be a 25% handling charge  If you would like to return an item, please send us a message through the site and we will respond with the return address and an Return number for you to enclose with the returned product. 

We will process your refund through PayPal or the card you made the payment within 48 hours of receiving the goods providing they are undamaged and in resalable condition.  

Please note you are responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you, until when they are returned to us.For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service. Any special ordered or manufactured items cannot be returned.   

Overseas returns and reshipping are the customers' liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to return items at their own expense; the return postage will not be refunded.  

When returning an item for a refund, which is no longer required or has been bought by mistake via Free Postage. There will be a Deduction on Postage & Packaging according to the size and weight of the parcel when returned.
