Our standard delivery service covers Mainland UK only. Delivery surcharge is applicable to the following areas outside Mainland UK:
– Northern Ireland, Scottish out of area & offshore Island – Delivery Surcharge is £5.90 per box and extra 2 working days delivery
– Channel Isles/Scilly Isles– Delivery Surcharge is £14.99 per box and extra 5 working days delivery

Collections from our warehouse are available Free of Charge (unless otherwise stated). Collection times are between 10am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday and require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please advise at checkout if you wish to collect.

Standard Returns

We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of being received, and providing item has not been used or opened and is in original condition. An email MUST be sent before returning your item, a note must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name and item number.
